When you say you want a system that will transcode into Flash do you mean Flash 9 Update 2 (H.264)?

Hi, Thanks for the question. As chair, I would say yes. Anytime we can use standards-based and high quality codecs, that is awesome.

If the solution does not transcode to the very latest version of Flash that is OK, but certainly it would be a benefit if it could. Again, per the answers posted here, We are looking for comparable functionality to what Ning Video provides now or YouTube in terms of transcoding and output video quality.
